Description

Our Shred program consists of varied circuits done at high intensity. In a 45 minute Shred class you will see bodyweight movements, medicine ball movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, and some good old fashioned cardio. Shred is perfect for those looking to focus on weight loss while building lean muscle without the barbell and high skill gymnastics movements you will see in our Crossfit program.
